Official Release: We are excited to announce the release of our newest coffees: First, an incredible microlot grown in Brazil by Pedro Gabarra. It is available for sale as both an espresso and filter. The Filter roast profile is also available as a 70 gram sample.
Next, from the Gathaithi Farmers' Cooperative Society in Nyeri County Kenya, a coffee that is full of wonderful citrus notes.
Single Origin
Brazil 'Arara' Microlot
Farm: Fazenda Pinhal.

For the first time, we have chosen to present the Espresso roast in a unique way by roasting half of the coffee at a light to medium profile and the other half at a darker roast level. This is done to highlight the depth and complexity of the flavour profile.
Description: Pedro Gabarra is the owner of two coffee farms in Brazil, Fazenda Pinhal and Santo Antonio. The environmental credentials of both farms are second to none and clearly illustrate Pedro's love of the natural environment.
In fact, Fazenda Pinhal was named Brazil's most sustainable farm in 2019.

Gathaithi Farmers' Cooperative Society.

Description: This beautiful Kenyan coffee has been roasted at a medium profile to highlight the inherent sweet flavour naturally found in coffees from this part of the world.

Here at Endymion Coffee Roasters one of our core values is to put the customer at the forefront of every decision we make. Whether we are sourcing coffee beans, creating a new blend or building a reputation for fresh coffee beans across Australia. Yes, it is definitely a lofty goal, but with a mixture of affordable go to blends and flavour packed single origin coffees we believe we can succeed.
Another one of our core values is to celebrate the farm and support the coffee growers who are making an incredible effort to look after the environment with sustainable practices and improve their lives with better agricultural techniques, which results in higher prices paid to the farmer and coffee beans of a higher quality.
